Will He, Or Won't He?

Weld County Republicans recently voted in a slate of new officers for the region.  Among them is Dr. Josh Eldridge.  The reason Sam Hill has become alert to his name is because of the whispers associated with it.  While others in the group may be solid, Eldridge has been linked to terms such as "large ego, ambitious, no follow through," and "delegate, but not do."

If this is the case, Sam Hill will be sure to keep you informed.  What government needs are public servants, statesmen and women, and those who will flat get in and work until they are exhausted.  Will Eldridge measure up?  Stay tuned.

Renfroe Gets It

Colorado State Senator Scott Renfroe (R) and Rep. Glen Vaad (Quivering-R) held a joint town hall meeting Thursday night at the Evans Community Center.  The group of people who crowded the facility were largely supportive of Renfroe and the efforts he and Vaad are making in the Colorado statehouse.

Renfroe reported there will soon be emissions regulations for all of Weld County, thanks to the leftist voting bloc of Democrats and RINO that put he and Vaad in the minority these days.  Nearly every proposal Renfroe has made has been killed by the Dems so far this year.  (This amazing lack of bipartisanship must be remembered in the next election, when we vote the libs out.)  However, Renfroe's proposals to fix issues in lien problems with contractors and subcontractors may be resolved if he finds a few honest libs to join forces with him.  The solution is simply too good to waste, and the libs know it.

Rep. Glen Vaad is also working hard in the House, although in the minority there.  His proposal to give state highways that have now become local city streets to the cities themselves is finding some support.  Since cities always find ways to spend the state money, this would save a chunk of change.  Of course the best solution would be to adopt a line item for transportation in the state budged (an idea Vaad champions), but the libs continue to use transportation for whatever purpose they want instead of becoming responsible.  It's been an uphill battle for Vaad on the House side, too.

The big item of the night was the criticism of Renfroe for his opposition to exending all sorts of benefits and money to partners of homosexuals employed by the state.  However, in this Evans meeting Renfroe found an overwhelming majority supported him.  Two people (one, a previous Republican Chairman) tried to lecture Renfroe as though he was a naughty child.  But they were largely disregarded as the whiny, misguided liberals they truly are (polish your weapons, RINO hunters.)

Brett Reese, owner of Pirate Radio and business entrepreneur, also spoke.  He looked straight at the hapless reporter of the Lib Trib and said words to the effect that the meeting would likely be completely skewed in the next issue of the liberal rag.  However, it seems that truth and honesty actually made last night's deadline at the Lib Trib for a change.  Their story today was forced to be accurate through Reeses' bold confrontation!  Three cheers for Reese and Renfroe!  Sam Hill was pleased to actually see men who are true to their values, with the courage to speak up.  He finds great humor in the fact that the Lib Trib was forced to print a measure of truth.

The reality of the situation is this.  Liberal homosexual tycoon Timmy Gill and his fellow radical extremists have bought and paid for Gov. Ritter and all of the supposed free-thinking liberals in the Colorado statehouse.  Senator Renfroe and a few others are boldly responding and trying to protect the social rights and financial pocketbooks of those who elected them.  Gill wants a socialist,pro-perversion state. Senator Renfroe and others are standing against the libs.  Sam Hill advocates supporting them with everything we can.

Positively Encouraging

Well, well.  It seems that Northern Colorado's political people are getting fresh, national media attention for all the right reasons.  This week Senator Scott Renfroe used his free speech rights to speak out about homosexuality.  (This was during a debate where liberals and perverts were attempting to force Colorado taxpayers to pay for medical benefits for their bedfellows.)  His views in opposition were broadly attacked by those who claim to be supporters of free speech and tolerance.  And the roar you hear in the background?  That is the hardworking backbone of America cheering him onward.

Then there is the coverage of Weld County District Attorney Ken Buck and Sheriff John Cooke.  In the process of investigating a rash of identity thefts, they uncovered a hotbed of thieves running through a Greeley tax service.  This inflamed the ACLU (those noble commies), who promptly filed suit against both of them.  Buck and Cooke responded, by printing up t-shirts commemorating the occasion.  Again, the liberals and victims began frothing at the mouth, while Buck and Cooke went about their business of actually upholding the law and supporting decent and law-abiding citizens.

Folks, what we need in government are more men and women like these.  While the liberal and intolerant go of to change their oversoaked diapers, give these public servants your support.  Governing any aspect of society is difficult.  These folks sure have Sam Hill's appreciation for their efforts.  And he has talked with a bunch of folks this week who believe the same way.  Keep it up!

You Go, 'Froe

Colorado State Senator Scott Renfroe stirred up a ton of liberal snakes this week when he weighed in on a government pay-back to the homosexual minority that put the Democrats in office.  Colorado is debating whether to extend medical benefits to the "partners" (e.g., live-in, same-sex despots) of homosexuals that are employed by the state.  This would cost taxpayers money, and would also rob them of their right to not support homosexual perversions.

Senator Renfroe stated that this lifestyle is an offense to God.  This made the liberal loonies mad!  They were astonished that he would say such a thing!  However, Sam Hill laughed out loud!  Imagine, the very people who love free speech and tolerance, becoming intolerant and trying to suppress free speech in their very midst.  It was hilarious.

Sam Hill applauds Senator Renfroe.  At last, a senator in the statehouse with the strength to stand and deliver.  Keep it up Senator.  You are doing great work besides this, and the loonies may try to ignore it.  But we are watching, and we like what you are doing.  Speak on, Senator Renfroe.  Speak on.

Jim Channels Tambor

Jim Eckersley is the symbolic leader of the weekly Republican breakfasts in the Greeley area.  However, it seems his spousal unit Tambor Williams may be the power behind the throne.  At a recent gathering, RINO Tambor Williams was heard asking someone if they heard she was running the breakfast.  The other person responded that they understood Eckersley was in charge.  This surprised Williams (yes, they are married), who stuttered around and said that they were "running it together."

How nice.  Another liberal, whiny-RINO gathering.  Just what we need to stand up against liberals.  The only difference between them and the liberals, is the fact that the RINO's social values aren't quite as immoral, and they will steal from you at a slower rate.  Keep talking Tambor....er, Jim.  You may think you are meaningful, but all Sam Hill hears is blah, blah, blah.

He Did What?

Another wimpy, diaper-wetting RINO has emerged into the open.  Rep. Don Marostica (R-Loveland) is in his second term at the Colorado state house.  He is now on the Joint Budget Committee.  Last week he said he planned to support suspension of spending growth limits!  Yes, he really did!

In other words, this gutless RINO doesn't know how to balance budgets and manage operations.  Instead, he wants to raise taxes and fees by taking money out of your pocket (and mine), and do so at a rate that is unhindered by the will of the people.

He will tell you that transportation needs more money.  (But he fails to note that the Colorado state legislature won't insert a line item for transportation into the Colorado budget.  Instead, they use it as a hostage every time they want to raise taxes and fees.)  He will tell you that we need to capitalize on Obama's money flowing into Colorado.  But what he won't tell you is that he's an irresponsible socialist that has sold out his values for a worthless buck.  His constituents are being layed off, or stretched by this economy, and all he wants to do is take more money from them instead of governing the state more responsibly, and cutting back on all of the pork and special interests.

Get ahold of Spastica Marostica!  Tell him that you will vote his rear end out of office and put someone in that is actually responsible.  This is no time for bleeding hearts.  It's time to cut back, manage, and learn that luxuries must be eliminated, especially in government.  We will take this mindset to the ballot box.  If he doesn't change, he will be hammered.

Your New Terrorist Neighbor

His name is Binyam Mohamed.  His list of achievements is amazing.  Among them....

• He trained at various Al Qaida training camps, specializing in firearms and explosives.
• He was taught by senior Al Qaida leaders about how to falsify documents for use in terrorism travel and tactics.
• He was cleared by Al Qaida and received money to travel to the United States.
• He implemented plans to blow up high rise buildings (including apartment complexes) in the U.S.
• He held meetings with Saif al Adel, a top Al Qaida planner.  He also met with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks.
• He tried to enter the United States on April 4, 2002, but was turned away because of his forged passport.

Why is this man important?  Simple.  He will likely be the first terrorist comrade Obama releases from Guantanamo, perhaps as early as this week.  While he may be repatriated to an Arab country (where he will be received as a hero), chances are great that he will find his way to American soil to train and/or act as a terrorist against our country.  Sleep well, America.  This is what your socialist leaders are doing to help you these days.

Why Hide?

Sam Hill has received questions regarding his anonymous posture recently.  While Sam Hill would love to reveal his (or her) lovely face to the masses, the pipeline of true information that is presented to you via this blog would quickly dry up.  Sam Hill values the truth.  So, to those of you who want Sam Hill unmasked, I simply say "shut up!"  If you want half-truths, turn to the Lib Trib and cult liberals such as Mikey Peters or Rebecca Boyle for example.  Look at what their names and reputations generate in terms of truth.  And if you are wise, you will understand the shadows of Sam Hill.  He is listening in....so you can have the truth.

Apathy Trickles Onward Toward Oblivion

You will only get some news exclusively from Greeley Report, and this is one of those items.  The flood of RINO moderates flocking to citizen Bill Jerke's luncheon meetings at the Rio in Greeley has dwindled to a mere trickle.  It seems apathy isn't catching, and neither is Jerke (and the "e" is still silent).

Citizen J formed the luncheon under the pretext of bringing together conservatives to "dialogue."  However, it became quickly apparent that he was snooping around for support of his future candidacy for House district 4 against Snarkey Markey.  It's not working.  Instead things are starting to fall apart as the RINO's abandon social values and try to be more democratic.  Markey doesn't need a RINO clone as an opponent, and Jerke isn't finding his flock to be growing.  Unless you want to attend for the sheer entertainment value, find a social conservative that is passionate enough to stand up and provide a clear choice in the next election.  The Rio luncheon is dead on it's feet; the holdouts just don't know it yet.

Not Another Tom

Okay folks, you heard it here first.  Tom Norton, former RINO state senator and husband to liberal maven of the socialist haven (e.g., President of UNC) Kay Norton, is telling folks he's going to run for the position of Greeley Mayor.  After a term under bleeding heart Tom Selders (formerly a RINO and now a Democrat), and an attempted coup by Tom Roche against Ed Clark, it appears there is another little Tom tom banging his own drum slowly.

Liberals and illegal aliens rejoice!  You have a friend joining Greeley's mayoral race.  Conservatives, start shopping for another candidate that is a true conservative.  Greeley needs a mayor that will rein in government gestapo tactics, be an enemy to gangs and illegals, cut spending, and be socially conservative.  With a wife that is pushing to have illegals receive the same college tuition as Colorado residents (not to mention her "acceptance" of homosexuals and their values), you can bet Tom tom Norton shares radically liberal views, too.

If Greeley wants a higher standard of living than downtown Detroit, it had better set her sights higher than this dubious candidate.  Of course that won't stop him from running.  You will probably hear a great deal of positive press about Norton, too, in the Lib Trib and other rags.  That's why you need to stay tuned to Greeley Report.  Because you will hear it here first, and you will understand it here best.

Photo Opportunities And Lies

Liberal Democrat Betsey Markey has been in town, trying to show us that she is in touch with the little people.  She played pretend hostess at the Rio on Monday, after voting for billions of dollars in government spending last week.  Although she claims to listen to people, she robs from the middle class to give to the middle class, and takes her chunk of change in the middle.

The Lib Trib ran a Snarkey Markey editorial which claimed she wants to listen to her constituents.  If she is listening, why didn't she vote against lord Obama and his death star politics?  If she is listening to her own ads, why didn't she seek to cut spending, not raise it?  It's obvious she's good for photo opportunities and lies, but little else.

It's also obvious the Greeley Tribune fully supports her lying ways.  It's professional courtesy, I suppose.  Don't tell me it's fair and unbiased journalism; they failed to ask the hard questions.  Will Markey continue to lie?  Yes!  Will the drooling dogs at the Tribune print her lies?  Absolutely!  That's why Greeley Report is worth reading.  They are the ones that tell you the truth.  After all, Markey probably deserves the job at the Rio.  Perhaps if she lived at that level for awhile, she would really learn that her vote in D.C. matters to more than her party and her selfish aspirations.

How Leadership Ought To Be

Thanks to all of you who are the growing reader base of Greeley Report.  There is an uncomfortable shaking in the liberal media in the area as they are exposed by the truth of sites such as this.  From time to time Sam Hill hears items from you, and publishes them.  The following article was submitted by a dedicated Greeley Report reader.

Fisher Ames (1758-1808) was a Congressman from Massachusetts during the time the Bill of Rights was being formulated.  At that time he expressed the following views.

"Should not the Bible regain the place it once held as a schoolbook?  Its morals are pure, its examples are captivating and noble.  In no Book is there so good English, so pure and so elegant, and by teaching all the same they will speak alike, and the Bible will justly remain the standard of language as well as of faith."

That's how a Congressman handled the Word of God during that era.

In today's world ministers won't even take a stand to have the Bible taught in schools.  At least in Greeley they won't.  On top of that, the literary aspects of it are dumbed down to the point that the "hey dude" hippity hop versions of the modern era are considered to be progress and great advancements.

So let's just all have a group hug, and celebrate our decline into mediocrity as we reach for new lows in the name of "progress."  My cynical thoughts at the moment, written from an undisclosed location while clinging to guns and religion....

What Crisis?

How interesting.  We have heard a great deal about the financial crisis and how we must take quick action to avert trouble.  However, Pelosi is out of town and king B. Hussein Obama has taken the weekend off.  What crisis?

You and I are being played like an orchestra by a master conductor.  Do you get it yet?  Are you ready to stand against enemies of the nation both foreign and domestic?

Weekend Questions

Sam Hill is pondering the state of the world again.  Congress has all but passed a thousand page thievery bill without reading it, and many are relying on messiah Obama and his band of thugs to make their lives all better again.  Perhaps they haven't answered the questions I'm about to ask.  Maybe they haven't even thought along these lines yet.  So, here are a few questions worth asking....

• Question:  Who actually earns money?  People, or government?  Answer:  people!
• Question:  Who takes money from people by taxation, and then gives it to themselves and/or other people they deem as deserving?  Answer:  the government.
• Question:  Who protects your property, family and life?  Answer:  you do.  The government protects the nation, city and state from groups through police, guards and armies.  But protection is always an individual right and responsibility first.
• Question:  Who can create more jobs; private business and citizens, or the government?  Answer:  private business and citizens.  Always.
• Question:  Does regulation and using the government as a middle-man increase productivity and decrease waste and spending, or is it the other way around.  Answer:  government involvement always increases waste and decreases productivity.
• Question:  When our founding fathers created this government, they created three branches for what reason?  Answer: to separate authority and act as checks and balances against corruption.  They would be appalled by the fact that the same government that controls the military and the IRS also wants to control health care and social spending.  (They would be appalled at the Federal Reserve and the IRS, period!)
• Question:  Were the free-speech, free worship, right to bear arms and other provisions inserted into the constitution to protect from enemies outside the state?  Answer:  No!  They were inserted as rights (not privileges), so the government could not remove the rights of the people.
• Question:  Is government immoral (bad morals), amoral (without morals), or moral?  Answer:  Government is always built on morals.  The challenge becomes which moral/religious foundation to use.
  
• Question:  Are you happy paying huge amounts of tax on your family and business, and being constantly regulated and taxed through fees, permits and other restrictions?  Answer:  No!

If you share these views, chances are you are angry with our government and it's current ways.  Over the course of this weekend ask yourself what you can do, who you can call (e.g., friends, neighbors, your representatives at the Federal and State levels), and how you can become involved to rebuild this nation once again.  Good will happen when we start asking the right questions, getting the right answers, and electing like-minded people into office.

Billion With A "T"

 Billion is now spelled with a "T."  According to this Bloomberg article (click here) the socialists in power are looking at more than nine trillion dollars in bailouts, pork, pet projects and other theft from you and me to prop up their failures and crimes.  If Obama's goal is to take the USA, leader of free world, and turn it into a third-world country like Kenya, it's working.

Arm yourselves.  Guns, knowledge, a close circle of like-minded friends, God, and a lifestyle that is frugal and independent are absolute necessities.  We haven't begun to see trouble yet.  Remember, the socialists want the money in your wallet to move into theirs.  They also want your freedoms, your right to think independently, your guns, businesses, and schools.  They will either regulate you into submission, or slam-dunk crisis after crises into your mind to impose their will.  They think they are smart, and you are dumb.  You can choose to believe them, or stand against them.  Hiding, being nice, and hoping it will all blow over will not work.  It's time for you to stand up and ask yourself who the enemies of America truly are.  Hint:  It's the crowd in D.C.  If they haven't bought you off yet, perhaps there's hope.  Obama is no Bill Clinton II.  He's worse.  And that's spelled with a "T."

Markey Lies

When Democrat Betsey Markey ran for the 4th House District, she said she would be fiscally responsible.  This link (Commercial on fiscal responsibility) shows one of her ads.  Another link to her website where Markey talks about issues (Click here) reinforces her claims.  In the area regarding economic growth and fiscal discipline Markey said, "We’ve also got to put our government back on a pay as you go basis. And I am serious about cutting pork barrel spending and curbing earmarks. Funding pet projects for your state is no way to run a government."

Now, Snarkey Markey has voted for Comrade Obama's nearly 800 billion (with a "b") plan that is loaded with pork, earmarks and special interests.  (Obama's team contacted Colorado Governor Ritter before his inauguration, asking him for a list of things he wanted funded by the federal government, according to Colorado Biz Magazine.)  Markey has flipped in Washington, revealing her true, leftist colors.  She's a liar, folks.  Her ethics stink, and while she may try to talk her way out of this, actions speak much louder than words.  She was unethical in her business dealings before she ran for office.  But she was elected anyway.  Many believed she was sincere.  Well, how do you like it now?  She's worse than those before her, she broke her main campaign promise with her first votes, and will probably get worse from here.  She has no agriculture knowledge, and the things she claims to believe have flown out the window.

The gutless Lib Trib won't report on things like this (unless forced).  But Greeley Report does.  You deserve the truth.  You need to hear how your candidates live when they go off and represent you.  You need to remember these actions and lies, and prepare to inflict pain at the voting booth next time she comes up for reelection.  When Markey lies, your future dies.  She's spending your money, and enslaving your children.  Think about that next time she opens her mouth.

Gun Free Zones....Aren't

What do Columbine High School, Springfield High School and Virginia Tech have in common?  First, they are all schools.  Second, they are all crime scenes where horrible attacks were committed.  Third, they are all gun-free zones, supposedly protected by laws and police.  However, we all know by now that the laws enacted did not stop the people who wanted to break them; they merely disobeyed and slaughtered innocent people around them.  Police respond to crimes; they do not stop them.  They are the "thin blue line," that finds themselves at a crime scene more frequently than at the beginning point of a crime.  More police are not the answer, nor are gun-free zones.

You see, gun free zones are not really gun-free.  Criminals share one common trait.  They are all law-breakers, not law-keepers.  They disrespect human life, rules, and the good of man.  However, they respect one thing, and one thing alone.  It is the use of deadly force.

Many shooters are by nature cowardly.  A threat of force used against them will keep them at bay.  However, many thumb-sucking liberals want to stop criminals by (get this) making more rules for them to break.  Instead, what we need to do is reinstate the right of every law-abiding American to carry firearms into every area of society.  Then, and only then, will these lawbreakers be faced with consequences that may make them back down.  At the very least, force will be used against them more quickly, and innocent lives will be saved.

Sam Hill could go on and on about this.  He could talk about how teachers and children are herded into rooms where they become sitting ducks for a shooter, because they are trained to become passive instead of fighting back.  He could talk about how Constitutional rights are restricted and people who have never broken a law cannot carry a firearm legally in certain places.  He could also give examples of times when law-abiding citizens using guns against criminals stopped horrible acts, and spared innocent lives.  He could even tell you about liberals who oppose normal citizens carrying handguns, while they carry them for protection themselves.

All of this truth is designed to ask one question.  Do you care?  Do you want to know the truth?  Or will it take the slaughter of someone dear to you, to awaken you from passive slumber.  If you do care, you will contact your state and local officials, and demand that gun free zones be eliminated.  If you don't care, sleep well.  Inert targets are easy to hit.  You are creating your own future, either way.

Bucking The System

Weld County District Attorney Ken Buck and Sheriff John Cook have gained national attention for their....T-shirts.  The American Communist Liberties Union (ACLU) recently sued them for their efforts to halt crimes committed by illegal aliens using false identities in Northern Colorado.  These criminal activities were traced to services provided by Amalia's tax service in Greeley.  Buck and Cook legally gained access to the records at the business and started going after the illegals.

That's when the commies and bed-wetters stepped in.  Armed with lawsuits, the ACLU stopped these activities and pushed the issue into the courts.  As a countermeasure, D.A. Buck had T-shirts printed with his own funds, which said "The ACLU sued my District Attorney and Sheriff."  Proceeds will be used to pay for the production of the shirts, and any profits will be used to pay for legal fees against the social globalists.

Sam Hill applauds these two law enforcement heroes.  Northern Colorado needs them.  Contact the Weld County District Attorney's office and buy three T-shirts today:  one for yourself, one for a waffling RINO type, and one for a liberal communist bed wetter in your neighborhood.  After all, it's about time they supported a worthy cause, like law and order.  Who would argue with that?

Conservatives Unite!

Sam Hill hasn't been around a computer for a few days, but he has been thinking about a few things while he works to pay the socialists more taxes.  He thinks it's time for the conservatives to take a hard look inside and start to fix some things.  Now.  Obama is a fake.  Liberals are spending money like diahrrea.  The answer is never taking from those who have, to give to those who are lazy.  So, what can the conservatives do?  Here are a few random, yet true thoughts.

First, conservatives need to get humble.  You got your butts kicked because you were arrogant.  You expected people to honor you because you were conservative, and it showed up in your attitudes.  I can name names, if you want me to.  You know who you are.

Second, listen.  You stopped listening to people who wanted to help you.  They had good ideas, sometimes ideas that the liberals ended up hijacking because you weren't listening.  Be aware of how to take various things the liberals use, and turn them into conservative victories.

Third, get conservative.  Really conservative.  Not little whiny-RINO conservative.  The nation needs a true choice, and the immoral, socialistic empire presently in power will quickly crumble.  Give the world morals, values, fiscal conservatism and freedom.  They will soon be crying at your door!

Fourth, get up-to-date.  Use the computer, technology and media to stay connected.  iPods, facebook and other things are in vogue.  Use them.  If you don't understand them, learn!  If you don't want to learn, recognize the fact that your own stubbornness and self-centered ways are killing your ability to reach out.  Perhaps you are the problem after all!  You need to change!

Fifth, get active.  Don't give me the little "we are going to have our own whiny party" routine.  Get out there and find conservative candidates.  Educate people.  Talk politics.  Talk what you believe!  And recruit others to your side, who currently don't believe like you.  This is the art of politics; bringing people to believe like you do.

If you (and I) will do these five things, it will rock the political world.  If not, we will live under socialism.  What do you want?  What will you do?  The next election season is already underway.  What are you doing about it?

Grandpa's Gambling Problem

Recently a Greeley Report reader sent Sam Hill a rather crass story that illustrates perfectly a few of the reasons why government must not get involved with health care, education, welfare and so many of the social failures they are presently stuck in.  Readers, enjoy the story and think about the implications of the same government that controls the armed military and runs the IRS controlling the rest of your lives.  It's always better being free, independent, and having limited government.  As you will discover in the following story private enterprise and independent thinking is always more creative than government and bureaucracy.  When government thinks they are smart and doing their job of babysitting you and me, we end up with stories like these...

The IRS decided to audit Grandpa and summoned him to the IRS office.  The auditor was not surprised when Grandpa showed up with an attorney.

The IRS agent said, "Well sir, you have an extravagant lifestyle and no visible means of income.  But you say you are a good gambler, which quite frankly we don't believe here at the IRS."

"I'm a great gambler, and I can prove it," said Grandpa.  "How about a demonstration?"

The IRS agent thought for a moment, and then said, "Okay, go ahead."

Grandpa said, "I'll bet you a thousand bucks that I can bite my eye."

The agent said quickly, "It's a bet."

Grandpa then removed his glass eye from its socket and promptly bit it.  The auditor's jaw dropped.

Grandpa then said, "Now, I'll bet you two thousand bucks that I can bite my other eye."

The IRS agent knew Grandpa wasn't blind, so he figured he couldn't repeat his first trick.  He accepted the bet after pondering the angles for a few moments.  Grandpa then removed his dentures and bit his one good eye in its socket.

The stunned auditor was now nervous.  He realized he had been bested by Grandpa in the presence of his attorney as a witness, and he was losing three thousand dollars.

"Want to go double or nothing," Grandpa finally asked?  "I'll bet you six thousand dollars I can stand on this side of your desk and pee into that wastepaper basket on the other side, and not get a drop on your desk."

The IRS agent was wary this time.  He carefully analyzed the risks, and determined there was no way this was humanly possible.  So, he accepted Grandpa's bet after a great deal of hesitation.  Grandpa unzipped his pants and, true to the agent's prediction, was unable to urinate in the trash can.  He ended up making a complete mess of the IRS agents' desk.

The auditor leaped for joy.  He had just turned a huge loss into a significant gain.  However, the lawyer beside Grandpa put his head into his hands, moaning softly.

"Are you okay," the agent asked the lawyer?

"Not really," the attorney replied sadly.  "This morning when Grandpa told me he had been summoned for an audit he bet me twenty five thousand dollars that he could come in here and pee all over your desk, and you would be happy about it." 

Bite Marks On Your....

Hats off to John Pitney of the National Review Online.  It seems he has discovered an 11 year old quote from a prominent politician regarding how tax cheaters should be handled.  Here is the quote:

"Make no mistake, tax cheaters cheat us all, and the IRS should enforce all laws to the letter."  Who was the politician who made this statement?  Former Democratic South Dakota Senator Tom Daschle.  (Congressional Record, May 7, 1998, p. S4507)

Now, to all of you liberals out there that are now in power, let me ask you a few questions.  Are you so full of crap that you don't see what color your ethics presently are?  Are you determined to bring about positive change, and govern for the good of all?  Or are you about slam dunking corruption and communism on the United States of America?  You have been in power for two weeks and your actions are absolute garbage.  We are watching, we are waiting, and we will not be seduced by your words, your race, your gender, nor your sexual preference.  The shoe is on the other foot.  Answer to us, you bigots.  How do you account for your corruption?  You have hypocrites, lobbyists, thieves and communists as your appointees, allies, and senators.  Answer the hard questions you have fired at the conservatives for years.  We are coming after you with the truth.  Let's see if you can stand it.

What We Don't Know

For those of you not tuned in to the state capitol (or for those smoking a variation of hemp or weed), there has been much speculation about Governor Ritter's relationship with a certain Stephanie.

We know she is a state employee.  We know which office she works in.  We know the governor is a frequent and animated visitor.  We know the relationship is long-term and close.  But we don't know the exact terms.  Since the governor is the head of the state he is involved in a questionable, intimate relationship of some sort with a subordinate employee.  However, few media types will dare ask the dangerous questions needed to smoke this misconduct out into the open.

Remember, the loco liberals promise all sorts of transparency.  What that generally means is that they want to see through you and me, and appear to be transparent themselves.  But their actions speak louder than their words.  They constantly hide things like this!  (Just investigate how many liberal lawmakers own guns, while they vote against others owning them.)

Gov. Ritter, we want to know some things about your conduct.  Speak up!  We can't hear when you mumble.
