According to the alleged brain trust that runs mainstream media and government, Usama bin Laden is dead. He died of "lead poisioning" while living in the middle of Pakistan, not more than 1,000 yards from their version of "West Point Military Academy." Good job.
Now what? We seem to have gotten our man, the main terrorist that masterminded hatred and destruction against the U.S. So let's get out of there. Let's get our troops out of Afghanistan, Pakistan and whatever Islamo-stan province they guard. After all, the Muslims tell us they can create a better nation than ours with their ways. Let's let them show us.
There are a couple of issues that must be dealt with, if we are to leave. The first issue is this: we need to believe the Muslims. And quite frankly, we don't. What do they do, to protest bin Laden's death? They blow up...more Muslims! Not Jews nor Christians (although they are mighty good at destroying them, too). They kill each other. So, we don't believe them. But if we leave, perhaps they will just kill each other and leave us alone.
The other issue that needs to be addressed is Obama. He said he would get us out of the Middle East, Iraq, and the Stan-lands. But he hasn't lived up to one of his promises yet. The liberals should be screaming and marching in the streets because their supposed pragmatic, peace-loving President has become the lead pawn of the military industrial complex, but they won't. They like their bread and circuses too much, and Obama knows it. So our troops remain in Afghanistan, Iraq and other hell-holes thanks to a liberal. Go figure that one out!
Greeley Report thinks that the U.S. is going to remain in the Middle East for the foreseeable future. Bin Laden was merely campaign material, and Obama reluctantly gave the okay to kill him. It's all a part of the game. And you, me, and the military are the pawns.
Well, at least I'm humble enough to ask about what I don't know and perchance discover more about God, rather than jab away at others without having the necessary knowledge.

Allowing American companies to search for and produce new oil and/or coal to reduce our dependence on third world dictators, yes or no? Forced the unpopular and perhaps unconstitutional Health Care mandate down the throats of the American people, yes or no? Taxpayer funded government jobs, more or less? Private sector jobs, more or less? FREEDOM, MORE or LESS?

Dennis, I agree...someone has ALWAYS been pulling the strings and orchestrating the past, current and future climate. Military industrial complex, yes possibly. The Bohemian Grove elitist, probably. But, I still believe we can regain our greatness as a nation. There is an 800 lb gorilla that we are not dealing with as harshly as we should in the Middle East. Instead our focus has been on small militant groups that divert our attention away from taking a closer look at Iran. bin Laden was a small political win for Obama. It was a political move, nothing more. bin Laden isn't the head of the snake, Iran is. As Iran gains power in the Middle East, our ally Egypt will fall prey, or follow. Yet, Obama followers think there has been a huge victory against terrorism by the killing of a 6ft.6in tall dirty man with kidney disease. His death is not going to stop men from blowing themselves up to become martyrs for the cause.
