Sam overheard a person share a simple solution to help balance the Federal budget.  He agrees.  You might, too.

"Put the House, the Senate and Obama and his crew in buildings with no fans and no air conditioning.  Tell them they have to stay there until they balance the budget, eliminate the deficit, cut non-performing entities of government, and begin to pay down the debt."

Sam figures the deal should be done within 48 hours.
