Barack Obama encountered a few Tea Party members the other day, while touring through Iowa on his "socialism now" campaign. The confrontation was semi-laughable, until Obama decided to be two-faced. First, the tea party members were outraged because of Biden-the-simple's comments about them that insinuated they were terrorists. Of course, after some of Janet Napolitano's commentary in recent months about who terrorists are (and aren't) in America, they had a right to be angry. But they also needed to understand the fact that Obama was using a slanderous tactic right out of Saul Alinsky's playbook, "Rules for Radicals," and was slandering those with whom he could not argue.
However, the next day B.O. scolded new RINO contender Rick Perry for his scathing rhetoric concerning his lack of performance as president. Apparently it stung, and Obama warned him to temper his speech. How funny. When he's dishing it out, it's fine. When he's receiving heat, it's not. B.O. stinks. He can't have it both ways, and he's behaving like a little baby instead of President. Get over it!
So Tea Party, here's to ya. You are still disorganized and easily swayed at times. You still chase RINO's with abandon when they tell you they are different than their voting record indicates. But you have fire on the right. That's necessary. The left is scared to death that you will actually ignite the conservatives and galvanize them into real action (such as holding RINO's accountable, and actually vetting candidates on more than what the mainstream media or the Republican party says about them). If you do that, you will be real fire-breathers. And Obama will talk about you; not just Biden. Oh, the words won't be nice, but ignore him. He's got a dummy for V.P., and an economic plan that has nearly half of the country on the take. Keep on spreading the word. And tell him to shut up for a change.

Yes, this was a really prime post. In hypothesis I'd like to publish like this too - taking time and real effort to make a fabulous article... but what can I say... I dilly-dally a lot and never seem to get something done.

obama is obviously threatened. Why else would he be hovering about the mid-West right after the Iowa straw poll?
Wait until we discover that the "fast and furious" trail leads right to him.

"We don't put pressure on the president," Waters told the audience at Wayne County Community College. "Let me tell you why. We don't put pressure on the president because ya'll love the president. You love the president. You're very proud to have a black man -- first time in the history of the United States of America. If we go after the president too hard, you're going after us."
The problem, Waters said, is that Obama is not paying enough attention to the problems of some black Americans. The unemployment rate for African-Americans nationally is a little over 16 percent, and almost twice that in Detroit. And yet, Waters said, the president is on a jobs-promotion trip through the Midwest that does not include any stops in black communities. "The Congressional Black Caucus loves the president too," Waters said. "We're supportive of the president, but we're getting tired, ya'll. We're getting tired. And so, what we want to do is, we want to give the president every opportunity to show what he can do and what he's prepared to lead on. We want to give him every opportunity, but our people are hurting. The unemployment is unconscionable. We don't know what the strategy is. We don't know why on this trip that he's in the United States now, he's not in any black community. We don't know that."

Asked on a conference call with bloggers this evening why Republicans can't just impeach Barack Obama, Herman Cain answers that it's mostly a matter of legislative politics, POLITICO's Elizabeth Titus reports:
"That’s a great question and it is a great — it would be a great thing to do but because the Senate is controlled by Democrats we would never be able to get the Senate first to take up that action, because they simply don’t care what the American public thinks. They would protect him and they wouldn’t even bring it up," Cain said, citing the administration's position on the Defense of Marriage Act as an impeachable offense.
More from his answer: "So the main stumbling block in terms of getting him impeached on a whole list of things such as trying to pass a health care mandate which is unconstitutional, ordering the Department of Justice to not enforce the Defense of Marriage Act — that’s an impeachable offense right there. The president is supposed to uphold the laws of this nation … and to tell the Department of Justice not to uphold the Defense of Marriage Act is a breach of his oath. … There are a number of things where a case could be made in order to impeach him, but because Republicans do not control the United States Senate, they would never allow it to get off the ground."

Imagine sitting around the Oval Office discussing presidential travel plans and someone says: "Hey, I've got a great idea. Let's have the president travel to the Midwest for several days talking to people about jobs, their struggles with unemployment and basically how fouled-up everything is and then POTUS can leave for his vacation on a 28-acre compound in Martha's Vineyard."
"Why that's a simply bully idea. Let's do it!
