Poudre School District has yet another sticky situation to deal with in their halls of education. A student at Ft. Collins High School is a trans-gender student, a boy that dresses and behaves like a girl, and he insists on using the woman's restrooms at school. The school tried to create a situation that would not be inflammatory by insisting the student use the faculty restrooms. This would minimize harassment to the student and also seek to minimize other student and parental complaints. It didn't work.
The 16 year old student, "Dionne Malikowski" (his "female name"), refused to obey school policy and began using the girls' restrooms. Consequently he was suspended from school, and now claims his rights have been violated. So what does the law say?
Based on the work of former Demoncratic Greeley Representative (and now entrenched Colorado bureaucrat) Jim Riesburg, the law actually protects this student more than your daughters and granddaughters. Senate Bill 200 was known as the "bathroom bill" because of concerns this would occur. Proponents disagreed however, and said they were just seeking to "protect" these people from harassment and harm. Now the harasser is a 16-year-old student that wants to traumatize normal, heterosexual girls in their own bathroom, in a public high school.
Many times the liberal left will pass a bill, and then let it lay dormant and unenforced for awhile. This happens in many segments of society pertaining to moral issues (e.g., the homosexual or trans-gender bills, gun control and monitoring, euthanasia, etc.), and even occurs in various regulatory settings. Eventually however, the extremists push the envelope. When this occurs, a judge waves his or her hands, and says they are bound by the law. Chaos then ensues.
If you don't want this happening in your society, you must push back. Every parent of normal, heterosexual children in the Poudre School District should show up at the next school board meeting and demand their children be protected as a matter of natural law. Let Senate Bill 200 go to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary. But it's time to protect normal. Ruling by minority cannot continue to run unchecked. Or if not, this dude will be in the girls restroom in high school. And more boys will follow. I think you get the picture.

Wew! This is the problem here. Third sex generations demand respect from the society, but I don't think this gal is showing respect too. He or she should also think how other girls and parents would feel knowing this situation. I am also a parent and I don't want my daughter to share a bathroom with other gals aside from girls. We call it the girls room or womens bathroom because its for them! So maybe, we should have another bathroom for gays and lesbian to avoid this kind of conflict.

Richard,
You wrote: As far as I can tell, he just wants to use the bathroom.
The "As far as I can tell" part explains much about you.
Then you wrote::
You cannot assume that the other girls in the bathroom are heterosexual.
So maybe we need bathroom monitors, like in kindergarden. There you can explain if you really, really, have to go. From there you would be directed to use the liberal PC bathroom -one size fits all, the boys bathroom or the girls bathroom, or the really really boys bathroom or the really really girls bathroom, or the really really boys bathroom or the really really girls bathroom where only one person is allowed at a time, or we could have all kids tested before entering school to find if they're male or female. Then we can install the gays bathroom, the gay boys bathroom for girls, the gay girl bathroom for boys, the gay boy bathroom for boys, the gay girl bathroom for girls. Then the taxpayers can buy another 5-10 acres to build a school on. but then your taxes would go up because we would need to do this all over town for cities, parks, shopping malls, you name it.
I hope you will be able to navigate that maze when you need to go because "As far as I can tell..."
You're an idiot hunter!

....more social degradation.
Think about it. Boys/men in the women's restroom. Where I come from the perp would get his face re-arranged, by more than one volunteer. We've got to draw the line somewhere. This has really gone too far. Is there no decency left in the liberal ranks?
This individual (perp) has obvious problems that need to be dealt with. I feel sorry for him, but why dump his problems on school kids?
sick

" Now the harasser is a 16-year-old student that wants to traumatize normal, heterosexual girls..." First off, your use of the word normal is disgustingly prejudiced. Secondly, since when did he want to "traumatize" the other girls. As far as I can tell, he just wants to use the bathroom. Thirdly, you cannot assume that the other girls in the bathroom are heterosexual.
Try thinking things through before you publish your blog. Being a bigot will not help your cause.

Let's put out 96% of our population at the convenience of the 4%. Now that makes sense! It's amounts to nothing more than liberalism flaunting in our faces their ability to twist and contort our Constitution any way they like.
am I being cruel

It gets to a point, when moral hazard is not remotely considered, that one must fight fire with fire.
If he looks at you once, scream "Molestation"!
He will in short order be relegated to his mommies bathroom.
Let her deal with him.
