Make It A Legal Problem

Several of the Obama administration scandals are still being treated as though they are political in nature.  However, as more information comes to light it becomes clear that the issues involved are not political.  They are legal.

Take for example the testimony of Barack Obama's Attorney General and close friend Eric Holder.  When testifying about the Fast and Furious scandal, Eric Holder literally reversed previous testimony under oath.  This is perjury.  Holder refused to apologize to the family of murdered U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.  (He has released a letter of apology to the media since then, a letter the media saw before the family did.)  Holder also insisted the reason Fast and Furious did not work was because there is not enough gun control in the U.S.!  He also demanded more authority for the ATF!

Folks, this is tyranny speaking to the general public.  Tyranny has a face and a name.  It is Eric Holder.  Barack Obama, Joe Biden (check the information on his complicity in the Solyndra scandal), and many other officials in the Obama administration.  Every document the White House controls regarding Fast and Furious and Solyndra-gate needs to be subpeonaed, and these cases need to come under the authority of special prosecutors.  Heads need to roll and people need to go to jail.  The actions taken in secret are now exposed as crimes, not political problems.

The law should be used to cut through political, official-status, and brazen lies.  When Holder says, "I think I acted in a responsible way," he should be held responsible.  For his lies and public perjury.  For his murders in Mexico and the United States that he and his band of government thugs committed.  This one scandal alone (Fast and Furious) is huge, and it now demands to be prosecuted.  It's a legal problem, and it should not go away until people are in prison for many years including a number in the Obama administration.

This current crop and the last bunch wouldn't know rule of law if it were written in the Constitution.

They are elected, therefore they are the chosen ones, and therefor they can do what they please.So they think.

A Representative Republic with no written law for those elected, is nothing more than a dictatorship.
